Your ships are required to calculate, document and verify the Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) or the Energy Efficiency Existing Ship Index (EEXI), depending on the year of construction – and eventually take action. The calculation and the corresponding technical documentation must be on board and are part of the International Energy Efficiency Certificate.
