DATA Quality Management
All vessels over 5000 GT are required to report their emissions. This requires additional effort on the part of the shipping company to regularly check the data and, if necessary, have it corrected before it can be submitted for verification.
Due to the introduction of the Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) in 2023 and the integration of shipping into emissions trading from 2024, the requirements for the quality of reporting of emissions data have increased enormously.
Swiss Climate offers you the opportunity to have your data quality checked and corrected regularly by our team of DQ specialists and thus always be up to date.
